My heart is beating more quickly these days That feeling in my chest grows tighter all the time. I feel that shortness of breath as I gasp for air. Hoping I can take a breath deep enough to calm my hearts aching. I yearn for something that seems so intangible. Music fills my ears as my heart jumps yet again. In my head, I hear those words I yearn to reach my ears, but your lips are too far away for me to feel your whispers. All of these feelings I cannot begin to explain. So you're back again and it's like Deja Vu but I saw the cat glitch this time and I swear I should have taken the blue pill. Somehow though, I'm still here trying to see just how deep the rabbit hole goes. The pit seems endless and I'm not sure why I've entertained these thoughts or these feelings but it's just you. That's the only explanation I have for this, for us. I'm your yo-yo and it seems you're still trying to learn new tricks. I remember your face and the way you used to look at me and how deeply your eyes would dig into my soul every time they locked. It was almost as intense as your lips touching onto mine, but it was all a dream or a nightmare, I guess it depends on your perspective, but either way I've woken up and it's just a distant memory of things that could have been but never should have. And it all comes down crashing harder this time. Raised up, it had farther to fall. It fell on my plans, my dreams, My hopes and my heart. It's dark outside again the moon high on its throne. I lie under these stars and I stare into its madness. There's that star I saw again and wished upon it's light. It never granted me that wish it left me lieing here alone. I could almost taste her kiss dreaming of her beauty. Her hands in mine while our foreheads touch. A simple dream of a life I can't have. Like hundreds of tiny pebbles being thrown at my windows the rain comes down harder this time and wetter. It's been a while...

Figured I'd post something up here since it's been so long and my last post was so completely negative.  That was over a year ago now though, actually a year and a half ago.  A lot has changed in the short amount of time.  i find myself with someone that is entirely amazing and loves me just as much as I love her.  I can't wait to propose to her.  That will be coming soon...I'm hoping by Christmas.  Just trying to get the money together for the ring of course.  I was hoping I would be able to give her my mother's ring, but my grandmother lost it, so unfortunately I won't be able to...I know it was what my mom wanted, but unfortunately it's ju

She moved out last night.  It was a little bit more difficult than I thought it would be.  It was pretty upsetting...I know it's for the best, but that didn't make it any easier.  She's gone now though...my life starts over.
